the sandals with a little more sole rock! I have been a fan of the traditional, all rope kind for many years now, so i would still recommend either kind but, these just give you a little more cushion when hiking over rocks or gravel. They are still light weight which is a big plus, making them excellent hacki-sacking sandals. Worth the extra money, no doubt. peace.
